Why is this not on iPad anymore

So I love this game but I can’t get it anymore for my iPad weird right if anyone knows why or if I can get plz tell I’ve played this game for a year I deleted it for space but I wanted to download it again but it won’t let me the cloud or the get simbole is light and I can’t press it plz tell me
